Uzucaption

Usucaption is a way of acquiring property and other real rights through the uninterrupted possession of a thing within the time frame provided by law.

If you have been in uninterrupted possession of a property, either for 30 years or from 10 to 20 years, but you do not have a property title, through action for usucaption, you become the owner, with retroactive effect, from the moment you had the property in possession.
