INTERNATIONAL KIDNAPPING or DETENTION OF THE MINOR by one of the parents

When one of the parents chooses to leave Romania with the underage child without the consent of the other parent, we find ourselves in the situation of an international kidnapping case, a procedure that benefits from the help and collaboration in solving from all the signatory states of the Hague convention and which helps in the recovery of the minor.

The most common situations are those in which the child is taken on vacation or taken on vacation to the parent with whom he does not live and the latter does not return the child or does not allow the other parent to see, hear, or take him/her. And in this case, the complaint is also made in the complex but fast procedure of the Hague Convention, requesting the return of the minor child from any signatory state of the Convention on International Kidnapping.
