APPEAL AGAINST ENFORCEMENT OR LEVY OF EXECUTION

It happens that we end up in a situation where we are foreclosed for a debt and need a means to avoid committing abuses.

Against enforcement, of the decisions given by the bailiff, as well as against any act of enforcement, an appeal can be made by those interested or injured by the enforcement. Also, an appeal can be made to the enforcement if the bailiff refuses to carry out enforcement or to perform an act of enforcement in accordance with the law.
