1.1 Notices / addresses / correspondence;

1.2. Activities like obtaining the apostillation of documents / notarised translations

1.4. Assisting/representing the party in front of public institutions (other than courts / prosecutor’s offices / police) or other persons under private law;

1.6. Recusal requests;

2.1. Special actions/requests

2.1.1 low value claims, resolved according to the special procedure provided for by Title X of Book VI of Law no. 134/2010 on the Civil Procedure Code, republished, and subsequent amendments and additions, hereinafter referred to as the Civil Procedure Code;

2.1.2. requests regarding the payment order, provided for by title IX of book VI of the Code of Civil Procedure;

2.1.3. eviction requests from buildings used or occupied without right, resolved according to the special procedure provided for by title XI of book VI of the Code of Civil Procedure;

2. 2.Actions and requests assessable in monetary terms, including

a) requests to establish the nullity, annulment, resolution or termination of a civil legal act concerning the property;

b) on establishing the existence or non-existence of a right concerning the property;

c) by which the pronouncement of a court decision is requested, ruling which takes the place of an authentic deed of alienation of immovable assets or of establishing real rights over the same;

d) title actions;

e) petitioner actions – actions having a dismantling of the property right as their object;

i) actions based on undue payment/unjust enrichment;

j) actions in declaring the simulation of a legal act;

k) actions according to Law no. 10/2001 and Law no. 290/2003;

2.11. Applications on labour disputes and social rights and obligations:

2.11.1. appeals against the decisions issued regarding the conclusion, execution, modification and termination of the Employment Contract;

2.11.2. the establishment and payment of pensions, as well as other rights provided by the social insurance systems;
