1. Succesion

Inheritance is the transfer of the proprty of a deceased natural person to one or more living persons. In this procedure, we offer advice and support at every step.

There are several categories of relatives and their right to inheritance comes in a certain order, first the children, then the parents, brothers, grandchildren, cousins and lastly, the more distant relatives, all these besides the surviving spouse.

Debating succession can be done at the notary or in court, depending on the situation, but it is important that the inheritance be expressly or tacitly accepted within one year of its appearance.

2. PARTITIONS/TERMINATION OF TENANCY BY THE ENTIRETY

Whether you are divorcing and have joint assets, whether you jointly inherited them with other relatives, or bought with someone else, when you want to capitalize on them, you need them to be divided in the appropriate shares.

The partition or termination of tenancy by the entirety can be done by mutual agreement or can be requested, in case of disagreement in court.
